This page keeps the Utah procurement path ready for owner completion: U3P supplier registration, opportunity tracking, and veteran-owned business resource follow-up.
Current status: owner registration required
GSBKit should not claim active Utah vendor registration or veteran registry status until the owner records the non-sensitive confirmation fields below.
Step 1
Create the U3P supplier profile
Register through Utah Public Procurement Place so GSBKit can monitor and respond to public solicitations posted by Utah agencies and participating public entities.
Use the official Utah purchasing site to enter U3P
Create or claim the supplier account with the owner-controlled email
Complete company profile, tax, contact, and commodity/category details
Confirm notification settings for relevant solicitations
Step 2
Track public opportunities
Use U3P open opportunities and Utah statewide contract resources to identify accessibility, translation, website, and software procurement matches.
Save relevant categories and keywords
Record bid portal login owner and backup contact
Review State of Utah vendor training and registration guides
Avoid using paid third-party registration services unless independently vetted
Step 3
Register veteran-owned business presence
Use Utah veteran business resources to add local recognition paths that support outreach while federal SDVOSB certification is pending.
Review Utah Department of Veterans and Military Affairs business resources
Register with the Utah Veteran-Owned Business Registry if eligible
Book a VBRC advising session if registration or procurement positioning needs review
Keep public copy accurate until each status is verified
Public copy can say GSBKit is preparing for Utah public procurement. Do not say GSBKit is an active Utah supplier, contract holder, or registry-listed veteran business until those statuses are verified.
