1. What GSBKit Provides

GSBKit provides assistive accessibility tools, language support, AI-assisted content suggestions, configuration tools, basic scans, and related accessibility improvement support for websites and applications.

GSBKit is designed to support accessibility improvements and help identify and reduce accessibility barriers. It does not certify legal conformance.

2. No Compliance Guarantee

GSBKit does not guarantee ADA, WCAG, Section 508, GDPR, CCPA, or other legal or regulatory compliance. Accessibility laws, standards, content, implementation details, and user needs vary by site and context.

GSBKit does not replace a manual WCAG audit, assistive technology testing, remediation by qualified accessibility professionals, or legal advice from a licensed attorney.

No accessibility widget can promise lawsuit-proof ADA compliance. GSBKit may help you maintain a clearer record of accessibility scanning, visitor support controls, and remediation work, but those records are not a legal shield and do not prevent complaints, demand letters, lawsuits, regulatory action, or other claims.

3. Customer Responsibilities

• Testing the website or application with keyboard, screen readers, zoom, contrast settings, mobile assistive technology, and real users where appropriate.
• Reviewing, validating, and remediating accessibility issues in the underlying site code and content.
• Confirming legal obligations with qualified counsel.
• Maintaining accurate content, user experience quality, consent notices, and privacy disclosures.

4. AI-Generated Suggestions

AI-generated outputs, including alt text, summaries, simplified text, translations, voice-command interpretations, and remediation suggestions, are suggestions only. They may be incomplete, inaccurate, biased, or unsuitable for a particular audience or legal context.

Customers and site owners are responsible for human review before publishing or relying on AI-generated content.

5. Accounts, Billing, and Services

If you create an account or purchase a paid plan, you are responsible for keeping account credentials secure and for using the service only for lawful purposes.

Paid services, trials, cancellations, refunds, and taxes should be reviewed against the checkout or subscription terms presented at purchase. Stripe or another payment processor may process payment information.

6. Acceptable Use

• Do not use GSBKit to violate laws, infringe rights, attack services, scrape restricted systems, or interfere with other users.
• Do not represent GSBKit reports, scans, widgets, or AI outputs as legal certifications.
• Do not remove required notices, misuse API keys, or attempt unauthorized access to GSBKit systems.

7. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The service is provided as is and as available. To the fullest extent permitted by law, GSBKit disclaims implied warranties, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

GSBKit is not liable for legal claims, audit failures, content errors, inaccessible site code, third-party service outages, lost profits, or indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of GSBKit after updated terms are posted means you accept the updated terms.
